Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of product you ordered. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days

For custom orders, please allow additional time for design and production.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Customised or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Do you offer warranties on your jewellery?
